The purpose of the Project: Use of information and communication technologies for development of small communities with focus on local problems that is main principle of maintenance of stability of the project. It is necessary to solve following problems with the purpose of achievement of the given purpose of the project.

Target cities:

Settlement. Somoniyon (an administrative centre of area Rudaki);

Hissor (an administrative centre of area Gissarskogo)

Information community is based on knowledge, and its basic product is the creative property. Those people that do not remain in position of passive users, and grow in active supporters of development of the given society, have an opportunity effectively to use its advantages. As the effective tool for achievement of this purpose serve information and Communication  technology (ICT). ICТ represents ample opportunities for development, in particular, in such small countries with the majority of agricultural population, as Tajikistan.
