Within the limits of the project the Internet for development declares competition among comprehensive schools on carrying out of six-day training for teachers of ALL SUBJECTS on increase of computer literacy

The purpose of competition: To promote increase of a level of computer literacy of teachers, ALL SUBJECTS, for use of opportunities of information technologies in the field of formation.

ICB Project - Connection of schools

By the current moment there are following results:

From 55 schools, included in the list for connection, 49 schools were connected.

Are connected and have the Internet access of 38 objects - 37 schools (34, 15, 33, 93, 96, 66, 53, 35, 19, 56, 51, 28, 41, 31, 55, 52, 21, 43, 37, 74, 49, 24, 90, 42, 50, 82, 25, 88, 60, 54, 78, 92, 6, 96, 4, 65, 77, 7, 12, 89, 92, 9, 61) and Training centre at Hukumat of Dushanbe

There is not present DSL connection at 2 schools-# 8 and # 20

Organizational problems at 7 schools-#91, #1

There is no technical opportunity to connect 2 schools- # 40 and #17 - numbers are translated on ATC260

the inquiry Is sent to Management of formation of Dushanbe on replacement of 8 schools having technical problems on which elimination time and financial charges are required additional. To the Academic network are connected and have access to the Internet:

Round table in "Chaika"

On August, 19th, 2006 in camp "Chaika" results of the sold project " The Internet for development " have been presented. Have been discussed administrative problems with which the project and a finding of possible ways of the decision has collided that can promote effective realization of similar projects in the future.

Also results of summer school IKT on the average formation have been presented, participants had an opportunity to get acquainted with active workers of school school.

The seminar on the Electronic government

Seminar took place on August, 16th, 2006 in Somonien.

A problem of a seminar: Attraction of attention of legislators, civil servants, representatives private and негосудапрственного sectors in problems of introduction and development of e-board on an example of the pilot project in town Somonien. Also, acquaintance with experiences of development of some directions in administration of this town by introduction IKT.

Conference for the Internet content

Conference took place on August, 23-24rd, 2006.

Public fund " Civil initiative on policy of Internet " with the purpose of realization of the state strategy " It is information communication technologies for development of Republic of Tajikistan " (the order of President RТ #1174 for November, 5th 2003 y.) spends conference on a theme " The State Internet a content as a way of development of an information society " which will be lead on August, 23-24rd 2006 year in Qairoqum.

For participation in work of the given conference were invited representatives of the Executive device of President RТ, the ministries, educational establishments, the international committee and experts in the field of ICТ .
